Quality Digest is a fine publication. Among their services is an email newsletter. In the issue I received today, the following appeared:

Sounds like an interesting article. Unfortunately, the link takes you to a different article altogether. The web site's search utility doesn't find the article either. If I didn't know better, I'd think it's April 1.
